โครงการเสริมสร้างความรู้ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับศูนย์ข้อมูลที่ปรึกษา สำนักงานบริหารหนี้สาธารณะ กระทรวงการคลัง ตามกฎกระทรวงกำหนดหลักเกณฑ์ วิธีการ และเงื่อนไขการขึ้นทะเบียนที่ปรึกษา พ.ศ. 2560

เมื่อวันที่ 23 สิงหาคม 2561 นายเอด วิบูลย์เจริญ ที่ปรึกษาด้านหนี้สาธารณะ เป็นประธานพิธีเปิดโครงการเสริมสร้างความรู้ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับศูนย์ข้อมูลที่ปรึกษา สำนักงานบริหารหนี้สาธารณะ กระทรวงการคลัง ตามกฎกระทรวงกำหนดหลักเกณฑ์ วิธีการ และเงื่อนไขการขึ้นทะเบียนที่ปรึกษา พ.ศ. 2560 ณ โรงแรมแกรนด์ เมอร์เคียว ฟอร์จูน กรุงเทพ เพื่อเสริมสร้างความรู้ความเข้าใจให้แก่ที่ปรึกษาอิสระและที่ปรึกษานิติบุคคล จำนวนประมาณ 190 คน เกี่ยวกับกฎหมายและขั้นตอนการขึ้นทะเบียนที่ปรึกษา การเพิ่มเติมผลงานที่ปรึกษา การเปลี่ยนแปลงข้อมูลที่ปรึกษา และการรายงานสถานะที่ปรึกษาเมื่อครบกำหนด 3 ปี ตามกฎกระทรวงฯ และประกาศสำนักงานบริหารหนี้สาธารณะเรื่อง การกำหนจรรยาบรรณที่ปรึกษา วิธีการ รวมทั้งการใช้งานระบบเว็บไซต์ และ Mobile Application ของศูนย์ข้อมูลที่ปรึกษา และหนังสือรับรองการขึ้นทะเบียนที่ปรึกษาอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (e–Certificate) 

On 23 August 2018, Mr. Ace Viboolcharern, Public Dept. Advisor, presided over the Understanding on Ministerial Regulation Determining Rules, Procedures and Conditions on the Registration of Consultant, B.E. 2560 (2017) Project. The seminar was held at Grand Mercure Bangkok Fortune in order to enhance the understanding of the freelance consultant and the juristic person consultant related to the rules and the procedures of the registration, the change and the addition of the consultant information as well as the report of the consultant status. Moreover, the seminar is included the use of the consultant database center website and the mobile application including the issuance of e-Certificate.
